Here are FOUR simple steps you should follow to achieve a perfect mind-body balance:

  1. Exercise.  Even a 20 minute walk increases blood flow to the brain which has been proven to boost creative thoughts, improves memory and deepens the mind-body connection.
  2. CREATE NEW HABITS.  Teach yourself one new thing a day.  This rewires the brain structure, speeds decision making and releases stress.
  3. MEDITATE. Clear your mind for 5 minutes. Then reflect. Define your intention for the day.
  4. USE INTENTION to always move in a purposeful manner.  It’s EMPOWERING.
